Luxury construction of a new detached house of 250m2. The owners’ requirement was the installation of systems that would ensure the maintenance of comfort conditions in cooling and heating in the main accommodation areas with the most qualitative way and basic systems in the accommodation areas of the basement. A requirement was also the integration of the systems into the architectural elements of the building in order not to disturb the final aesthetic result. The following systems were selected and installed

• Underfloor heating of the DIANORM company
• DAIKIN hidden type water units
• Visible water units of small depth by CLIMAVENETA company
• HITACHI air-cooled heat pump
• Hot water producer with a solar field by THEROS company
• Vertical hot water production tank of the CALDA company

The design of the system operation foresees automations that ensure the most economical operation and ease of use of the system. The systems before their installation were studied at the level of application study and dimensioned according to the final selection of the materials chosen. In this project, the study and coordination of the water supply, drainage and electricity systems were also requested.
