Construction of a new 14-bed guesthouse in the village of Ancient Messini. The owner contacted our company at an advanced stage of construction, so we faced the challenge of checking the electromechanical studies and adapting them to the existing situation. Our company undertook the preparation of the studies required for the review of the building permit as well as the necessary application studies. We also undertook the supply and installation of:

• VRV technology air conditioning system
• Hot Water production system with the combination of solar collectors and heat pump
• of the complete hydraulic installation
• five energy wood stoves (fireplaces)

For the implementation of these systems, the following were selected and installed:

• Daikin VRV system
• Alpin RKA2500 selective collectors
• Gree heat pump for Hot Water production
• Edilkamin energy stoves

All systems were harmonized in the traditional style of the exterior and the particular architecture of the rooms. In cooperation with the owner, the optimal solutions were chosen for the reliable operation of the hostel, which is proven by the experience so far.
