Construction of a new detached house and guest house with a total area of 300 m2 of luxurious construction. The basic requirement was the installation of systems that would ensure the maintenance of comfort conditions in cooling and heating in all areas in the most qualitative way, which would be adapted to the aesthetics of the buildings. The following systems were selected and installed

• Underfloor heating of the DIANORM company
• AERMEC hidden Inverter water units
• AERMEC indoor heat pump
• Hot water producer with a solar field of the company CALPAK
• CALDA vertical hot water production tank with recirculation network

The design of the system operation foresees automations that ensure the most economical operation and ease of use of the system. The systems before their installation were studied at the level of application study and dimensioned according to the final selection of the materials chosen. The result of the installation satisfied the owner, the construction contractor and the supervision team.
